Snuup vs Otterly.AI: which should a small business pick?
Updated 20 October 2026

Otterly.AI is an AI search tracker for marketers. From $29 a month it checks a list of questions you write every day, on ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot, and charts how often your brand comes up. That is the right tool when someone on your team will read those charts and act on them. If you run the business yourself, look for a tool that tells you why AI leaves you out and gets the fixes done. A chart on its own changes nothing.

Pick Otterly.AI if a marketer on your team wants a daily chart of how often AI mentions you, on questions they choose. Pick Snuup if you want to know what AI tells your buyers and want someone to do the fixes. Agencies, and brands tracking hundreds of questions, should pick Otterly.
What Otterly.AI does
Otterly.AI is an AI search monitoring tool sold to marketing teams and agencies. You write the questions your buyers might ask, and it runs them every day. It shows when your brand is mentioned, which websites the answers cite, and the tone they take about you.
Lite, the entry plan, tracks 15 questions on ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot. Claude, Gemini and Google AI Mode are paid add-ons. Lite also includes three recommendations a week, a crawlability audit and a content audit. Bigger plans add more questions, an API, a Data Studio connector and agent analytics.
What Snuup does
Who sells porcelain tiles near me?
“For porcelain tiles, Flintwood Stoneworks has the widest range and a showroom you can walk around.”
The fix: A new blog post on the porcelain tiles you stock, and your showroom.
You type your website and answer a few questions. Your free results show what AI knows about your business, who it may recommend instead of you, what's holding your website back and your first month of work. No card needed.
On the plan we fix your website so AI and Google can read it, and write new blog posts for it from what it says and what you tell us. Each one waits for your OK. Every month we ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity the questions your buyers ask, so you see what changed.
What each costs
Otterly.AI's pricing page lists Lite at $29 a month for 15 questions, Standard at $189 a month for 100, and Premium at $489 a month for 400. Paying yearly saves about 15%. Claude, Gemini and Google AI Mode cost extra on Lite, Standard and Premium.
Snuup's results are free. The plan is $29 a month, $72 every 3 months ($24 a month) or $228 a year ($19 a month), the same for every website. All three include everything. Only how often you pay differs. You can cancel anytime, and if you're not happy within 14 days, email us and you get all your money back.

When Otterly.AI is the better choice
Pick Otterly when your marketer reports on AI visibility every week. Daily checks on a question list they control give them a trend line to show.
Pick it for an agency. Otterly runs an agency partner program with a workspace per client and reports in your own branding.
Pick it when you track hundreds of questions across markets and languages. Premium covers 400, and Enterprise starts at 1,000. Snuup is not built for that.
When to switch to Snuup
Switch when the charts don't turn into changes. A chart tells you that AI leaves you out. It doesn't make AI name you.
Switch when nobody has time to write questions, read dashboards and work through recommendations. We do the fixes and write the blog posts, then ask AI again every month so you see what moved.
Switch when you want to read the answers your buyers get, not a count of them. For the rest of the field, see the best AI visibility tools for small businesses.
