Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of snuup at snuup.ai (the “Service”). snuup is operated by Menturi OÜ, an Estonian private limited company (registry code 17205350) (“we”, “us”). By running a check or buying a report or plan, you agree to these Terms.

What snuup does

You type in a website address. We ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity the questions buyers ask in that market, and we measure whether the website’s brand comes up in the answers. The free check shows the visibility grade and the biggest gap we find. The paid report adds every answer word for word, who gets recommended instead, ranked fixes with ready-to-use code, and a link in your inbox to read it anytime. You can buy it two ways: the monthly plan at $49 a month (the report and fixes now, then a new check with a new grade and new fixes every month), or the one-time report at $59 once (the report and fixes, nothing recurring).

Running checks

• You can check any website. The check uses only public information, and checking a website gives you no rights over that website or its brand.
• Results for a website are reused for up to 24 hours, so repeating a check inside that window returns the same report.
• Anyone with a free report link can open it. Completed paid report links take you to your dashboard, where you sign in to read them. Anyone with a report link can still access its report data, so share report links carefully.
• We may limit how many free checks one person can run, to keep the Service fast for everyone.

Your account

Your paid reports and fixes live in your account, tied to one verified email address. You sign in using a link we email you. We never ask you to create or share a password. Keep access to your inbox secure and keep sign-in links private, because they give access to your account. To request deletion of your account, email hello@snuup.ai. We may ask you to verify that the account is yours before deleting it. We retain records we are legally required to keep, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Payment, plans, and refunds

• The check and the grade are free.
• The monthly plan costs $49 a month, charged in advance via Stripe. Your first payment starts your full report right away. Each following month we run a new check of your website and email you the new report with a new grade and new fixes.
• Cancelling:You can cancel anytime from the Manage billing button on your dashboard's Account page, which opens our payment provider's billing portal. Cancelling is as easy as signing up and takes effect at the end of the month you already paid for. You keep what you paid for: your reports stay in your account, and a check already paid for still runs.
• The one-time report costs $59 per report, charged via Stripe at the time of purchase. Nothing recurs, and the money-back guarantee below does not apply to it.
• Price changes: Prices may change for new purchases, but never retroactively for a purchase already made. For the monthly plan, we will email you at least 30 days before a price change applies to you, including a change needed to add tax we become obliged to collect. The new price applies from your first renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
• Money-back guarantee: If the report is not useful to you, email hello@snuup.ai within 7 days of your first payment on the monthly plan and we will refund it in full. Renewal payments and the one-time report are refundable at our discretion. This guarantee is voluntary and does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
• Delivery and your withdrawal right: We start your full analysis the moment you pay and email you a link to the report when it finishes. By checking out, you ask us to start immediately and acknowledge that once a report is delivered, you lose the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for that delivered digital content. On a plan this applies to each report as it is delivered; you can always cancel future months as described above. If there is a billing error or your report never arrived, email hello@snuup.ai and we will make it right.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to break any applicable law, or to harass or defame anyone.
• Scrape the Service, reverse-engineer it, or attempt to bypass paywalls or rate limits.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise the reports we generate for you.
• Run checks at a volume or in a way designed to disrupt the Service.

Your report; our content

The reports we generate for you are yours to use inside your business. The analysis methods, the Service’s design, and its code remain ours.

Disclaimers

AI answers change between runs and between users. Your report shows what the AIs said at the time of the check; asking each question several times shows the spread, but no check can freeze it. We do not control OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Perplexity, and we cannot guarantee that any fix will change their answers or bring you customers. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost revenue. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Term and termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service. You can stop using snuup at any time, and cancel your plan as described above. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms; sections that should reasonably survive termination (payment, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will continue to apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the change is material, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you by email.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of Estonia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
